While working with the Richemont office in Switzerland, a team of UI designers, UX designers, developers, and I worked on building a sophisticated employee intranet which could be customized to adapt across all their different brands. We proposed and built a blog-style homepage with a personalized quick access dashboard panel where employees could access various drag-and-drop widgets consisting of important documents, favorited items, calendars, HR resources, and more. In order for this templated design to be adaptable across other Richemont subsidiaries, we supplied the developers with a fully adaptable “plug-and-play” atomic style-guide for all breakpoints, so employees could also interact with the intranet on their phone with ease.
