While working with Howard Hughes Agency, we helped develop a visual language to flush out a 360 branded ecosystem for a few of their real estate subsidiaries in Hawai‘i. Two of the companies I focused on were Ward Village and Kewalo Harbor. The direction for the design language was inspired by their upscale, sustainable, simple yet trendy approach to aestheticizing their real estate communities.
